Speaking & Workshops
Help them close the gap between who they are and who they're becoming.
The real problem in a room full of overachieving founders?
It's their relationship to the business they’ve built.
Their next level isn't something they need to bring in.
It's someone they need to become.
That's the work I do on a stage.
Not what to do next. Who they're being while they do it.

What I bring to a room
Many founders are living in a gap. Most are exhausting themselves trying to fight the gap. They’re just barely surviving. This talk is about what changes when they stop trying to escape the gap and start loving it. The room walks out able to want more without it feeling impossible.
We’re taught to “rise to the occasion” but the founders who actually win do the opposite: they set it. A thermostat, not a thermometer. The shift from reading the temperature to setting it. From reacting to who's in front of you to deciding who you'll be before you walk in. Your members leave knowing the room takes its temperature from them, not the other way around.
The “most successful” founders keep promises to everyone, except themselves. And they've been paying for it quietly for years. This talk is about the day a founder stops abandoning themselves and makes the one promise that's only theirs to make. Your room leaves knowing that promise is the one the whole business has been waiting on.

Every talk is shaped to your room. Tell me who's in it and what you want them walking out with, and we build it together.
